Information
Composition
It contains Newcastle disease virus(Ulster Strain) propagated in SPF chicken egg.

Indications
For vaccination of health chickens, as an aid in the preventing Newcastle disease.

Dosage and Administration
1. Spray method
(1) The vaccine dilution is prepared by mixing 1000 doses of vaccine with 100ml of distilled water.
(2) Adjust nozzle size to fine spray(50~70um)
(3) Dispense vaccine over the heads of the chickens with sprayer.
2. Eyedrop method
(1) The vaccine dilution is prepared by mixing 1000 doses of vaccine with 30ml of dilute solution.
After inserting dropper applicator into plastic diluent bottle, allow one full drop (0.03ml) of vaccine.
(2) Vaccination by eyedrop method is conducted by allowing and full drop of vaccine to fall into the open eye of the bird and holding until the bird swallows.
(3) Hold dropper bottle in vertical position throughout vaccination to avoid wasting vaccine.
3. Drinking water method
(1) Use natural cold drinking water for diluting the vaccine.
(2) Mixing skim milk(0.3~0.5%) for vaccine stabilizer.
(3) Give the birds no water for at least two hours prior to vaccination.
Dilute 1,000 doses of vaccine with natural cold water as per the following chart.


Storage
Store at 2 to 8℃ and protect from light.

Cautions
Discontinue use of any disinfectants 24 hours before and after vaccination.
Protect the vaccine from excessive light and heat.
Use natural cold drinking water for diluting the vaccine.
Vaccine only healthy chickens.
Although disease may not be evident, coccidiosis, chronic respiratory disease, mycoplasma infection, lymphoid leukosis,
infectious bursal disease, Marek's disease, or other disease conditions may cause serious complications or reduce protection.Use entire contents of vial when first opened.
Burn empty bottles and unused vaccine and accessories.
Newcastle virus can cause inflammation of the eyelids in humans, lasting two or three days.
The user should avoid contaminating his hands, eyes and clothing with this vaccine.
Wash hands thoroughly after preparing and using the vaccine.
Chickens should not be placed on contaminated premises.
Exposure should be avoided immediately after vaccination, because it takes up to 10 days to develop resistance.
Use by veterinarian's instruction, and veterinary use only.
