COMPOSITION
1 vial contains 100mg, 1.0g and 4.0g of ceftiofur as ceftiofur sodium respectively.

INDICATION
Cattle : Treatment of respiratory diseases (shipping fever, bacterial pneumonia) caused by Pasteurella haemolytica, Pasteurella moultocida, Haemophilus somnus etc. and acute Phlegmona interdigitalis(foot rot, dermatitis verrucosa) caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum, Bacteroides melaninogenicus.
Swine : Treatment of respiratory diseases (pleuropneumonia, pneumonia caused by Pasteurella, general bacterial pneumonia) caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Salmonella choleraesuis, Streptococcosis etc.
Day-old chicks : Control of early chick mortality, associated with Escherichia coli and Salmonella spp. organisms susceptible to ceftiofur sodium

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATIONS
Cattle : Reconstitute 1g in 20ml of water for injection and administer by intramuscular 1ml reconstituted sterile solution per 50kg body weight (1mg per kg body weight). Treatment should be repeated at 24hour intervals for two or three consecutive days.
Swine : Reconstitute 1g in 20ml of sterile water for injection and administer intramuscularly 0.6ml reconstituted sterile solution per 10kg body weight (3mg per kg body weight). Treatment should be repeated at 24hour intervals for 2 or 3 consecutive days.
Day-old chicks : Administer by subcutaneous injection in the neck region of day-old chicks at a dosage of 0.08 to 0.2mg ceftiofur equivalents per chick.

STORAGE
Store in a dry and cool place.

PRECAUTIONS
- Withdrawal periods : Nil
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not expose this product to direct sunlight.
- Use on the order of licensed veterinarian.
- Store reconstituted product either in a refrigerator 2~8℃ for 7 days or at controlled room temperature 15~30℃ for up to 12 hours.
- In rare cases, transitory pain at the injection site may occur.
- This product can cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. To minimize the possibility of reactions, users of such antimicrobials, including ceftiofur, are advised to avoid direct contact of the product with the skin and mucous membranes.
