Each tablet (5g) contains
Potassium monopersulfate …………………………… 2.5g
Sulfamic acid …………………………………………… 1.0g
Malic acid ………………………………………………… 0.5g

INDICATIONS
Disinfection of fallowing bacteria, virus and fungus
Disinfection of cage, cage board, body (dead or alive), floor and wall of animal hospital, surgery appliances, hairdressing appliances



DIRECTION FOR USE
Dissolve 1 tablet (5g) of Lifejacket-T for Pet in 500ml of water in sprayer.
Apply to all surfaces and floor areas by spray or other suitable means.
If you need more information, find out below table for recommended dilution rate.

PRECAUTION
Do not mix with other chemicals.
However diluted solutions in accordance with recommended dilution rate is not irritative, in case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Use impervious gloves, goggles and a mask.
Use suitable device.
Keep out of reach of children.

STORAGE
Store in dry place under 40°C.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
For cattle, pigs, horse and sheep : 12 days
For milk : 4 days
